We recently part exchanged our BMW for a Mercedes from Matt at crowther and have had nothing but a great experience from start to finish. We were given a fair trade in price compared to other garages for our old car and I believe we paid a good price for a great new(used) car in its place. We had a couple of minor things to deal with in the two months since we bought it but again I got in touch with Matt and they were all dealt with in a professional manner. We will definitely return in a couple of years when we decide to change it next time?
